About the Role

This role sees you coordinating and producing a pipeline of quality architectural and supporting digital content from across our global studios in a timely and organised fashion working with a global Marketing, Content & Communications team. The role will ensure end-stage execution of our various communication initiatives across all our digital platforms including our website, social media, EDM and other digital channels.

As an experienced content creator, you are passionate about using images, videos and words to connect with a variety of audiences across multiple platforms. You are dedicated to engaging audiences and reaching the right people with the right stories. A custodian of the local brand, you work with the wider content and communications team to maintain and improve visual standards, tone of voice and a balanced content calendar for the region.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Drive global internal media efforts, focusing on podcast and video content development.
  • Schedule and, if needed, approve all content across W-B’s social media channels.
  • Maintain and improve best practice on tools like Sprout Social & Meltwater.
  • Manage CMS updates monthly and produce quarterly reports on website performance.
  • Creation and updating of web-content using WordPress CMS.
  • Support content and communications leaders via the maintenance of a global graphic standard/language. This may include working with graphics to create templates for various project and people announcements.
  • Strategise, art-direct and create visual supporting content for our short-form and longer form Global Insights content, in collaboration with Global Insights Leader.
  • Facilitate, strategise and create a steady, consistent stream of global digital content.
  • Be aware of upcoming days and weeks in both a global and regional capacity, at times working with regional content and communications leaders to ensure content is in the pipeline, hinging on the reflection of W-B’s values.
  • Research and asset collation.
  • Able to facilitate planned and impromptu social media best practice training for leadership group (and interested parties).
  • Work closely with our in-house production studio to lead the digital content briefing process. Develop a digital content calendar in collaboration with the Global Marketing Director, Global Brand Manager, and Global Insights Leader. Ensure the content strategy aligns with campaign needs, prioritizes key initiatives, and supports overall marketing objectives.
  • Should understand digital video animation, colour theory, typography, composition and photo retouching.
  • Prepare quarterly analytics and reports for the CEO to inform strategic digital decisions.
  • Organic Search and Social: Oversee SEO and organic social media efforts to build a strong online presence and drive long-term results.
  • Experience with paid search, paid social, SEO, and content development.
  • Exceptional skills in A/B testing, customer journey mapping, and performance measurement.

About You

With a digital design, brand, or communications background and experience in digital content, video, motion, email marketing, and website curation, you’ll have a natural aptitude for web, social media and digital design and seek opportunities to push the creative envelope.

You will be able to Demonstrate:

  • High level of experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Animate.
  • Previous experience with social media content strategy and digital production experience in a fast-paced studio setting.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and UX is a bonus.
  • Capable of carrying out graphic and web design tasks from ideation to production and execution.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and be organised and comfortable doing methodical work.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills
  • Strong comprehensive understanding of best design practices across platforms.
  • Understanding of creativity within social media.
  • Understanding of grammar, and dedication to copy-editing on the go.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
