About the Role
As an Instructional Designer, you will collaborate with internal teams to refine and deliver learning and development programs with a major focus on compliance and risk training, leveraging your knowledge of Articulate Rise and other tools. You’ll also design learning programs that will enhance critical business skills, ensuring our people thrive in a complex regulatory environment. This is a global, impactful role that blends creativity, stakeholder engagement, and technical expertise.

What You’ll Do

  • Risk and Compliance Training: Customise content from our SaaS partner, LRN, and deliver these online courses to our global studios via their learning platform
  • Instructional Design: Design and deliver eLearning and blended learning solutions that drive real-world performance
  • Learning Curation: Build and coordinate learning paths using platforms like LinkedIn Learning if required
  • Learning and Development Coordination: Support training administration and help foster a culture of continuous learning

About You
You’re a creative and detail-oriented instructional designer with 3-5 years’ experience using Articulate Rise. You thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at managing stakeholders, and enjoy owing projects from start to finish, transforming complex topics into engaging, actionable learning.

Skills and Experience

  • A qualification in adult education, educational technology, training and assessment, or a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
  • Proficient in Articulate Rise and other eLearning tools, as well as Microsoft 365 (including PowerPoint)
  • Experienced in creating eLearning and blended solutions for corporate environments
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills
  • Professional fluency in spoken and written English including the ability to storyboard, write effective copy, instructional text, audio or video scripts, facilitation
  • A keen eye for detail is a must
  • Knowledge of LMS platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Cornerstone)
  • Bonus: Experience with multimedia design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite)
