Enterprise Systems Leader

About the Role

As the trusted strategic IT Leader for Enterprise Systems, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering initiatives that provide strategic value across our enterprise systems and digital platforms. This requires deep business engagement across each of the enterprise portfolios, including (Corporate, Finance and Project Delivery to name a few). You will lead a team of solution specialists/developers leveraging our various enterprise business applications and digital platforms focused on streamlining processes and exploring innovative solutions to add value and increase performance across the business.

• Dynamics 365 CRM
• Open Asset
• BST
• Concur
• Power BI & Sharepoint

• Passionate about driving strategic value, enhancing performance, and fostering innovation across our enterprise systems and digital platforms.
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to be the “translator” of technical jargon and build rapport with a variety of stakeholders
• Technical expertise in developing and maintaining successful enterprise-wide business application platforms
• Assess the impact of new solutions on the business and develop supporting communication and change plans.
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience
• Evidence of IT solution architecture, information management, enterprise domain

You will be able to demonstrate:

• Degree qualified in IT, computer Science or other relevant business qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience on medium to large scale IT projects.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience working with non-technical users to understand user requirements, and develop solutions/enhancements, preferably in a professional services or AEC environments.
• Proven experience and knowledge in providing business relationship management services at a senior level and within a complex global organisation.
• Demonstrated prior consultative or business analysis expertise in strategy and business case development and proven ability to translate a business objective into a viable technology offering or solution.
• Application and IT Architecture experience including leading governance forums for decision-making.
• Capability to influence senior business leaders; recognised as a trusted advisor and ‘go to’ person for business counterparts and executives.
• Data analysis and business roadmap/strategy development skills.
• Experience in leading development teams and working within a global organisation.
• Track record in delivering optimal solutions to business needs with IT systems.
• Experience in Microsoft products, including SharePoint configuration and administration experience.
• Understanding of the principles of sales/project delivery as they relate to a professional services organisation.
• Demonstrated experience working with SDLC and Agile frameworks.
• Demonstrated high level of customer service delivery.
• Experience in dealing with service providers.
• Experience in process improvement, design thinking methodologies.
