Complexity is the new normal. We are local and global simultaneously. The idea of Global Studio only exists when there is input from a diverse range of sources to inspire, experiment, and solve problems. People Architecture is supported by all disciplines, and made possible by committed professionals across the world.

We ran workshops across the entire Global Studio to understand what our staff liked and what they thought were factors that as an organisation we could do better. We distilled their thoughts, the shareholders listened and considered. This list was developed and endorsed and now informs the way we operate. This is the list that we consider the most important.

Uncompromising Design means we relentlessly pursue better outcomes/solutions through advanced analytics, constructive critiquing, collaboration, and a deep understanding of the clients’ and users’ needs. It’s not about our egos, it’s about collectively creating the best possible outcomes for the client. Collaboration refers to design as an inclusive process amongst our people and the client throughout and beyond the project/engagement.

Rigorous Curiosity supports our commercial imperatives. It allows us to be deliberate and relentless in inquiry, experimentation, and innovation. It is the source of our entrepreneurial spirit. The relentless search for a better answer.

Effective Communication: Our communications are direct, clear, respectful, and transparent. We do not shy away from the difficult and awkward conversation. Our people are empowered to speak, question, and act.

Collective Intelligence: None of us is smarter than all of us. There is a meritocracy of ideas and sharing of knowledge; we encourage communities to grow across time-zones, boundaries and borders, however and wherever they appear. A good idea is a good idea – no matter who says it.
