The Work Space
Sculptform Design Studio has received the Honourable Mention accolade in The Work Space category of the 2021 INDE.Awards. With over 687 entries from 14 countries across the Indo-Pacific, this is recognition of Woods Bagot’s progressive design for Sculptform, functioning seamlessly as a working studio, showroom and retail offering.
Announced in a virtual ceremony on 5 August 2021, the gala was preceded by the INDE.Summit where Global Workplace Leader Amanda Stanaway moderated a discussion on sensitive and equitable housing.
The Place
Honoured at the inaugural Designers Australia Awards, Central Park Lobby out of Woods Bagot’s Perth studio received an Award of Merit in the competitive Place category.
The expansive lobby refurbishment revitalized the ground floor plane of Perth’s tallest building, reforming the lobby’s reputation as simply a space in-between to a place to linger.
Hosted by the Design Institute of Australia, the new awards program celebrates work that is cross-disciplinary, champions design excellence, and engages in a broader conversation about how design responds to diversity, equality, community and the environment.
