Woods Bagot’s Ningbo Unipark has been awarded Best Retail Interior, China Five Star Project at the Asia Pacific Property Awards (International Property Awards).

Woods Bagot Principal and Hong Kong Studio Retail Sector Leader, Christopher Lye together with Associate Terry Chung, a key player in the team attended the ceremony in Bangkok.

Ningbo UniPark has made a significant impact as a key project in Ningbo, creating a full-format riverside business experience. Since its grand debut, the project attracted nearly 200,000 visitors and achieved sales of over 15 million in just three days, quickly becoming a popular landmark in the city.

Located on the bank of Fenghua River in Xinsanjiangkou, Ningbo City, the project is strategically positioned adjacent to Metro Line 4 and Chenglang, Changfeng, and Xindian Bridges. The design team at Woods Bagot seamlessly integrated the natural characteristics of the dense river network’ into the commercial interiors and signs of Ningbo UniPark, highlighting the strong connection between the project and the ‘culture along the river.’

Christopher Lye says, the project is “one of the key projects of Ningbo City Planning, we strive to deliver a new generation of immersive full-format riverside commerce to Ningbo citizens through carefully designed high-quality creative scenes.”
