The Woods Bagot-designed Minthis resort in Cyprus continues its award-winning streak, earning two honors at the International Property Awards 2024 and multiple accolades at the annual Sustainability Luxury Awards.
Minthis was the award winner for “Residential Property” category for Cyprus with Minthis Topos Residence. The resort-style development also received a five-star award for Best Mixed-Use Development, Cyprus.
By renowned Cypriot developer Pafilia, Minthis is of the most significant and ground-breaking wellness sanctuaries in the Mediterranean.

Minthis secured a total of eight acknowledgements, including global, continental, regional and country-specific awards across various categories:
