With a large influx of patients arriving at the hospital as a result of the pandemic, caregivers are faced with an enormous challenge and are forced to work in a very challenging environment.
Woods Bagot’s Shanghai Studio hosted a discussion on the topic of “Caring for Carers” on November 29, with an emphasis on creating a comfortable ambiance and safer working environment for healthcare professionals. The Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade) and Shanghai Studio’s strategic partner H.K. Aohua jointly supported the forum.
Michael Kang, Regional Leader – Health, Pearl Huang, Director and the Shanghai Studio Chair, Yoyo Yao, General Manager of the H.K. Aohua Shanghai Branch, and Leon Feng, Regional Leader for China, ERA-co were some of the keynote speakers. They all exchanged ideas on how to enhance the hospital environment and improve the well-being and working conditions for caregivers.
