On Tuesday November 15th, Director Richard Fenne and Senior Associate Aleksandra Nastic, both took to the stage at the Building Leisure Buildings (BLB) event – which took place at Woods Bagot interiors project, the 25hours Hotel One Central. 

This exclusive event aimed to give a behind-the-scenes visit of the hotel, as well as providing some exciting insight into the overall hospitality industry.

Aleksandra shared the story of the hotel’s unique interior design, of which she was project leader; while Richard talked of Woods Bagot’s global work, future trends and the challenges and opportunities of the hospitality sector. Both referred to their extensive knowledge of working within this region and how projects such as this help to shape the future of the UAE. 

Building Leisure Buildings is a global organisation, providing a series of invite-only events to give sneak peaks into some of the best of hotel and leisure design. Other speakers at this event included members of internationally renowned hospitality firms, including our client, 25hours, Accor and Ennismore.
