The Sales Gallery for Mercedes-Benz Places in Miami, the inaugural North American branded residential project with interiors created by the Woods Bagot New York studio in close collaboration with the Mercedes-Benz design team, has officially opened, offering an exclusive preview of this highly anticipated development set to debut in 2027.
Located in the heart of Brickell, the gallery immerses potential buyers in the project’s luxurious lifestyle and architectural innovation. As the 67-story building takes shape, the custom Sales Gallery, designed as a curated and immersive experience, not only showcases a model residence, but also gracefully integrates significant design elements from the tower and reflects the hospitality and care that will be offered. The programs were thoughtfully layered and balanced, creating a sequence of increasingly intimate spatial experiences. The circulation is both functional and dynamic, accommodating multiple showings at once.
Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a sweeping canopy, echoing the tower’s façade, framed by incredible banyan trees that nestle the building into the site. Directly inspired by the heritage Mercedes-Benz brand, the gallery showcases a rotating model car display as well as a full-scale model F1 simulator, an actual amenity offering of the tower.
One of the 3,000 sf gallery’s standout features is the expansive gallery hall wrapped in the signature chrome armatures inspired by movement and dynamic automotive contours. Here, guests experience the primary material palettes of soft white oak surfaces, striking chrome accents and a custom terrazzo & granite floor mosaic tile.
In the expansive model residence, prospective buyers get the exclusive opportunity to experience the finishes firsthand. Black marble countertops contrast with the soft, white-washed oak cabinetry. High gloss black lacquered cabinetry adds a soft reflection and conceal the built-in appliances, creating a seamless surface. In the principle bathrooms, contrasting dark and light marbles create a stunning balance with beautiful fixtures imbuing just the right amount of warmth to the space. The residences will boast up to 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, expansive terraces, and breathtaking views of Miami’s skyline, Biscayne Bay, and the Atlantic Ocean.
The gallery also unveils a first look at the prestigious Silver Arrow Lounge—an exclusive resident-only rooftop amenity lounge inspired by the classic Mercedes-Benz’ “Silver Arrows” racing cars from the 1930s. This space offers a glimpse into the unparalleled lifestyle residents can expect.
After the residences, guests are offered a more hands-on experience with the material samples in the Dashboard room. The entire experience culminates in the VR Immersion room, modelled after the tower’s Cinema. Guests are transported to another reality where they can wander and explore the future property, imparting a sense of yearning and excitement for what’s to come.
“The Sales Gallery is more than just a showcase; it’s an immersive gateway into the unparalleled lifestyle we’ve meticulously crafted for this landmark development.” says Johnson Pun, Senior Associate at Woods Bagot. “It allows potential buyers the chance to experience firsthand the precision, innovation, and hospitality that we’ve forged into every moment in the tower.
By showcasing the defining details—from architectural innovation to exclusive amenities—the gallery positions this development as a cultural and architectural landmark in Miami’s competitive real estate market. For buyers seeking sophistication and innovation, the Sales Gallery not only highlights the property’s design but also tells a compelling story about its unique lifestyle offerings. This project is more than just a residence—it is a statement of modern luxury living instilled with precision and exceptional craft. With its emphasis on hospitality and storytelling, the Sales Gallery sets the stage for what promises to be one of Miami’s most iconic developments.
Krista Ninivaggi, Principal, Interior Design for Woods Bagot shares, “In many ways, the Sales Gallery served as our laboratory—a place to test and refine how Mercedes-Benz design concepts and principles translate into the built environment. The experience feels so seamless that the complexity behind it isn’t immediately apparent, yet it brings together countless details from different aspects of the building. Seeing it come together offered an exciting preview of how these ideas will define the larger project.”
