Kirsti has been designing innovative, highly functional workplaces for national and local Australian clients for more than 25 years. Her real strength is her ability to think strategically and critically, to analyse, refine and realise sound design responses that solve problems, create opportunities and ultimately help her clients achieve their business goals.

In any project she is involved in, she is always seeking to understand what a client wants to achieve through the design of their new working environment. If she can help them get to where they want to go, set them up so they can achieve their goals – then she is achieving her goals, too.

Design is a partnership and before Kirsti can take the lead in developing innovative design solutions, she needs to know her team and client are both working towards the same goals.
