Sir Philip Dilley joined the Board of Woods Bagot in December 2015 and was subsequently appointed as non-executive Chairman. He is also an independent advisor to the Trustees of the Grosvenor Estate – the Duke of Westminster’s property business – and recently chaired the governing Council of Imperial College, London. He was previously the executive Chairman and a Trustee of Arup Group where he spent most of his career working with architects on building projects around the world.

Philip was formerly the Chairman of the Environment Agency – the UK Government’s largest arms-length independent body, and before that he was Chairman of London First. He is an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects and was knighted for services to engineering in 2014.
