A state-of-the-art demonstration space provides an immersive customer experience through digital transformation.
The 9,000 square foot Customer Experience Center (CEC) and workplace office designed for Avaya integrates a highly curated architectural design with seamless AV and digital functionality to create a dynamic experience showcasing the company’s suite of business communication services and products.
Located in midtown Manhattan at One Penn Plaza, the CEC is Avaya’s first in a new concept design and approach for the company. Highlighted by a state-of-the-art demonstration space featuring a curved wrap-around interactive screen, the CEC offers a wide array of client meeting and presentation functions, from the thirty seat extra large conference room, to a forty seat divisible training room. The workplace office contains both private offices and huddle rooms. Welcoming staff and visitors alike, a large communal table, as well as soft seating and a banquette, support touch-down moments and casual collaboration.
As Avaya strives to inspire business communications to push beyond the four-wall boundary of a meeting space, the design of the New York CEC embraces a seamless and immersive customer-focused experience.
