Talk to Jason Fraser about Residential
The residences have been designed to maximise expansive waterfront views and offer a contemporary, spacious feel that allows each resident to express an individual vision for his or her ‘City Island living’
Woods Bagot was responsible for delivering the interiors for all apartments and communal areas, drawing on the energy of East London’s historic seafaring links—in particular, the history of Leamouth. These details have been combined with the fundamental principles of flexible interior design to create attractive and functional places to live.
The development is supported by a network of services and facilities—including a clubhouse, gym, spa, and food store— all of which creates a sense of community for residents. Additionally, the City Island Social Club takes the best elements of some of the most popular London members’ clubs to create an ideal environment for meeting and socialising.
