Project details

Positioned along a strategic waterfront, the district is envisioned as an urban oasis, offering a dynamic yet liveable environment where culture, commerce, and community come together.

At the core of the design is The Design Line, a public realm that grows out of the existing district, reinforcing its role as a key destination in Dubai’s creative economy.

This pedestrian-focused spine connects 11 distinct districts, each with its own character and purpose, creating a mix of residential, commercial, and cultural spaces that maximize value for the developer.

From lush wetland residences to luxury waterfront living and lowrise creative spaces, the masterplan is designed to attract design-conscious individuals, families, and businesses.

The Design Line shapes an experience led journey through the district, connecting neighbourhoods while removing the need for road crossings. The result is a walkable, vibrant, and connected community where people can move freely, whether on foot, by bike, or as part of an active urban lifestyle.
