Talk to Kirsti Simpson about Workplace Interiors
The work floor was designed around a response to the Melbourne environment and the building. The Melbourne grid was conceptually overlayed and the workplace starts to form streetscapes of intersections, square pockets and laneways.
An integrated stair & void connecting the two work floors also provides direct connection to the social spaces. The base floor is home to the large social hub for G+T and encourages staff to come together, eat lunch and connect socially.
The result is an engaging and supportive workplace that represents the G+T brand & values, whilst also recognising the local context with a unique Melbourne overlay.
