Contemporary architecture infused with local essence creates a tranquil beach resort with the energy of an urban city hotel.
Jumeirah Al Naseem is a 5 star luxury waterfront resort located in Dubai next to the iconic Burj Al Arab hotel. The project brief called for a 430-450 keys resort with associated facilities.
The 85,000 sqm development completes the beachfront experience, flanked by the three hotels of Madinat Jumeirah on one side, Burj Al Arab ahead and Wild Wadi water-park and Jumeirah Beach Hotel on the other side. The project is the result of a collaborative process between client Mirage Leisure and Development, Woods Bagot’s Dubai studio and South African Northpoint Architects.

The final development within the Madinat Jumeirah Resort was designed to connect with neighbouring buildings so hotel guests can easily access the broader resort which includes 26 swimming pools and over three kilometres of waterways complete with 40 traditional abras or water taxis, to transport guests around the resort.
The architecture of the development offers a comfortable visual transition between the Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the existing Madinat Jumeirah Resort. The massing adopts a destructured approach with a fresh contemporary interpretation, hinting at the unique geographic location.
