Six Senses Residences rises in the Dubai Marina skyline as a simple and rarified form against a crowd of noise, achieving a semblance of sophistication that is worthy of the brand operator Six Senses. Once their team came on board, the team was able to take the design much further by incorporating a staggering amount of amenities across 5 levels, all geared to enhance the wellness experiences, longevity, and overall residential health.

From the arrival experience at drop-off to lobby, to the 3 levels above podium deck, and then further to the sky deck at Level 109, we were able to leverage their brand philosophy into an even further density of design.
The project is targeting LEED Silver, sourcing local materials, and encouraging community interactions. There are layers of biophilia, emotionally engaging hospitality, and tactile intrigue. It is rustic yet refined, with a local sensitivity, and a community engagement – these are just a few of the elements of brand adaption that will resonate in these sophisticated residences. Overall, the sustainability strategy in this super-tall residential project emphasizes the integration of nature and green spaces to enhance the well-being of its residents.
