Taizhou, located in southeastern Zhejiang, to the south of the Yangze river delta, is an emerging city along the coast with a rich history of over 5,000 years. Talk to Carsten Lange about Workplace Architecture
Situated on a 23,800 sqm site, the design creates a new standard for the modern workplace while simultaneously accommodating a human-scale, vibrant parkside public realm. This unified design integrates architecture and landscape, blurring the line between inside and out.
The clever floor plate arrangement provides maximum separation between the towers while also creating a powerful building composition. The four central office towers have a strong parkside address, heightening their value. The two tallest office towers detach themselves from the rest of the building composition in order for the massing to come all the way to the ground, creating an iconic pair of towers.
